Service First was founded by Tom Taylor over 15 years ago. It was his desire to build a successful business focused on helping people find solutions to problems. Tom and his family have deep roots in Wyoming. Tom came to Cheyenne in 1982 and then retired here after 24 years in the Air Force. Tom’s wife and her family have called Cheyenne home since 1964. Their community involvement and commitment are extensive from Sr. Babe Ruth, 4-H, FFA, DECA, Cheyenne Soccer Assoc, Cheyenne Frontier Days, NEEDS Inc and more.

Tom prides himself on his technical expertise in the services he and his technicians provide. He is consistently and continually updating his skills and knowledge base. He is Nationally Certified by the IICRC in Carpet Cleaning and Water Damage Restoration as well as certified by the American Society of Bio Technicians in Forensic Cleaning.
